There is no need lining up, You can make a telephone appointment for submissions of petitions

You are kindly informed as follows:

since 3 January 2008 submissions for temporary stay, settlement, long term residency EC can be admitted also after making an appointment for specified day and time.

In order to make an appointment you need to call the following telephone numbers.:
(0 22) 695 67 61 or (0 22) 695 67 64

Additionally, you are informed that since 2 January 2008 submissions for permissions of time limited stay, settlement, long term residency EC are as well admitted in Regional Representations of the Masovian Provincial Office:

1. The Regional Representation in Ciechanow of the Masovian Provincial Office in Warsaw

address : 17 Stycznia 7, 06-400 Ciechanow, room 203, floor II, Monday: 9.00 - 17.00, Tuesday - Friday: 8.00 - 16.00

2. The Regional Representation in Plock of the Masovian Provincial Office in Warsaw

address : Kolegialna 15, 09-402 Plock, room 210, floor II , Monday: 9.00 - 17.00, Tuesday - Friday: 8.00 - 16.00

3. The Regional Representation in Radom of the Masovian Provincial Office in Warsaw

address : Żeromskiego 53, 26-600 Radom, room 261, floor II , Monday - Friday: 10.00 -15.30

4. The Regional Representation in Siedlce of the Masovian Provincial Office in Warsaw

address : Piłsudskiego 38, 08-110 Siedlce, hall 14 , ground floor Monday: 9.30 - 17.00, Tuesday - Friday: 8.30 - 15.30

5. The Regional Representation in Ostroleka of the Masovian Provincial Office in Warsaw

You are also informed that submissions for petitions of time limited stay, settlement, long term residency EC  can also be submitted through post office or the main registry of the Masovian Provincial Office, Bankowy Square 3/5, room 34 entrance B (timing: Monday 9 00–16 30, Tuesday – Friday 8 00–15 30).
